Information clause

In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, DENCKERMANN SP. Z O.O. with its registered office at Odlewnicza 6, 03-231 Warsaw, provides the following information:

DATA CONTROLLER

  1. The controller of your personal data is Denckermann sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Odlewnicza 6, 03-231 Warsaw (hereinafter “Controller”). You can contact the Controller by mail at the above-mentioned address of the Controller’s registered office.

PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in connection with the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including:

  1. Ensuring ongoing contact, i.e., responding to inquiries made via email or contact form,
  2. Conducting marketing activities (within the scope resulting from the expressed consent to receive commercial information),
  3. Protecting the rights of the Controller by establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims.
  4. The Controller informs that in case of consent to receive commercial content, it can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. Authorized personnel of the Controller and entities providing support services to the Controller under commissioned agreements (i.e., marketing, postal, legal advice, IT, and technical support services) will have access to your personal data.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data will be processed:

  1. For the time necessary to conclude the matter that is the subject of correspondence,
  2. In other cases, for 3 years for archiving purposes,
  3. If consent is given to receive commercial information, until its withdrawal or until an effective objection to data processing is lodged,
  4. Until the expiry of periods specified in the law concerning the limitation of claims.

YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

You have the right to:

  1. Request access to your personal data, rectify, delete, or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability, and the right to object to personal data processing at any time for reasons related to your particular situation (including withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information),
  2. Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, at the address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING

  1. Providing personal data is required to enable contact and respond to inquiries. Providing data to receive ordered commercial information is voluntary.
  2. Your personal data will not be processed for automated decision-making. Data processed for marketing purposes may be profiled.
  3. The Controller does not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
